The scene of the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2015 show – Monte Carlo – also hosts the Grand Prix motor race, a detail not lost on Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière. He took a cue from racing colors, checks and stripes for this exclusive, exquisite Petite Malle. Wrapped in embossed lambskin leather, the tiny trunk is accented with aged-brass fittings and black calf-leather trim. The hinged lid opens to reveal a lining of soft, quilted lambskin. Designed to be worn cross-body or carried as a clutch – the leather strap is detachable.
